SSAS (Ship Security Alert System)

Oceanus Maritime performs complete Ship Security Alert System (SSAS) inspections and testing in accordance with ISPS Code requirements. Our engineers verify proper activation of all alert buttons, conduct annual functional testing, coordinate live alert testing with the Company's Security Officer (CSO) and monitoring centre, inspect communication pathways, repair faulty hardware, update system programming where required, and ensure the system reliably transmits security alerts without affecting normal shipboard operations.
